What’s up foodie? Whether you like them fresh, in a salad, steamed or juiced, carrots are an amazing food. What you may not know is that carrots come in a variety of colors. Their colors range from shades of orange to yellows, purples and can even be found in white. Some of the nutritional benefits of carrots, include  β-carotenevitamin K, and  vitamin B6.
